Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,* No Pet Policy - we maintain a strict no-pet policy. Any violations will result in a $300 hypoallergenic cleaning fee.
  • * No parties of any kind allowed.  
  • * No smoking anything at all in the house. You may smoke outside, just make sure to properly dispose of cigarette buds. Any violations will result in a $300 smoking fee.
  • * If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a Pet rate of $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved)
  • * Quiet hours between 10 PM - 8 AM. Please be respectful of the guests and surrounding neighbors.
  • * No unregistered guests. We require whoever books with us to be present during check-in and throughout the stay.
  • * Broken or damaged furniture/linens will be charged for extra cleaning or replacement. This includes sheets stained by food, beverages, and spray tan lotions.
  • * If you use the keys, please take extra care of them. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
  • * No illegal activity allowed on the premises.
