Located just a few minutes from the Mont d’Arbois cable car, the Ksar is a prestigious mountain residence designed in the traditional style of Megève chalets. This 82m² apartment accommodates up to 6 guests with three en-suite double bedrooms. The spacious living area includes a lounge with an ethanol fireplace, a dining area, and an open kitchen. Guests can enjoy access to a wellness area featuring a sauna, hammam, and gym, along with a ski locker and a covered parking space. The free MegBus shuttle stop is 50 meters away, providing easy access to the center of Megève. The apartment’s layout includes a large living room with a balcony, a double bedroom with two beds and an en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom with a shower room, and a third bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower room. Additional amenities include independent toilets, a ski locker with boot dryer, and a fully equipped gym. The residence is smoke-free, and pets are not allowed. Included services are a welcome at the agency, bathroom products, linens, and beds made on arrival. Regular cleaning twice a week and end-of-stay cleaning are also provided. Optional services available include concierge passes and bathrobes. A security deposit of €2,000 is required, and tourist tax is extra. Ethanol for the fireplace is available on request.
