The house features four bedrooms, two kitchens, two and a half bathrooms (with a toilet and sink on the ground floor and two complete bathrooms on the upper floors), two living rooms, two smaller terraces, and one large roof terrace overlooking the ocean. The house has a total of three floors. If you are arriving by car, Alcalá is easily accessible via the TF-47 road. From Tenerife South Airport, it’s about a 30-minute drive. Head northwest on the TF-1 motorway and take exit 87 toward Playa San Juan. Continue on TF-47 until you reach Alcalá. There is usually ample parking available near the property. Several bus lines service Alcalá, including 473, 477, 493, and 494. From Tenerife South Airport, you can take bus line 111 to Costa Adeje, and then transfer to line 473 or 477 which will take you directly to Alcalá. The bus stop is centrally located, just a short walk from the property. Taxis are readily available at Tenerife South Airport. The journey to Alcalá takes approximately 30 minutes.
