Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Please note that due to our location in the mountains, it's possible to encounter local bugs and wildlife during your stay.
- NO PETS ALLOWED
- Our home is not suitable for pets. Guests will charged an additional $500 cleaning fee and fined $1000 for unauthorized pets.
- NO SMOKING INSIDE
- Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.
- NO PARTIES/EVENTS
- We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the quiet time after 10 PM.
