Located in the heart of Morzine, Le Flocon is a newly built, high-end residence featuring just three apartments, offering both privacy and comfort. Situated just 300 meters from the ski lifts, this apartment is perfect for winter sports enthusiasts, with easy access to skiing, snowboarding, and other mountain activities. The apartment can accommodate 4 to 6 people and is located on the first floor (no elevator). It boasts a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge, and a balcony for enjoying the fresh alpine air. The apartment includes three bedrooms, each with two single beds (which can be combined into doubles) and an en-suite shower room with a toilet. Morzine is renowned for its fantastic skiing, but also offers summer activities such as hiking, mountain biking, and access to the Summer Multipass for local attractions.
