Chalende 12 is a beautifully renovated two-room apartment located on the first floor of a residence with an elevator, just 190 meters from the Pleney slopes and ski lifts, and 100 meters from the ESF ski school. With a spacious 39m² layout, this apartment comfortably accommodates 4 to 5 guests. The property features an entrance, a sleeping area with two bunk beds and a trundle bed, a shower room, and a separate WC. The living area includes an open kitchen, dining space, and a cozy lounge that opens onto a south-east facing balcony, perfect for enjoying the mountain views.
