The mastersuite is separated from the others and lays on one side of the house. A spacious living area, a kingsize bed, a LCD-HD-TV, walk-in closets and direct access to the master bathroom and pool area are waiting for you. The other 3 bedrooms (kingsize, queensize and a twin-bedded room that can be converted into a kingsize bed) are at the other side of the house. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and an indirect illumination, which can be regulated with a control. 2 bathrooms (1 masterbahtroom for the mastersuite) are available. The other bathroom has a direct access to the pool area and can be used as pool toilet. Open livingroom and kitchen with a breakfast bar and bar chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could wish for. The countertop is made out of brasilian natural silica. A comfortable dining area right next to a huge panoramic window offers a breathtaking view over the pool and the canal.
