Summerhouse at Surf Beach is perfectly located just 500 metres from the beach and shops. This house is beautiful - brand new with luxurious furnishings and finishes.The SpaceDownstairs is a queen bedroom and a gorgeous open plan living/dining kitchen. The kitchen is lovely and fully equipped for anything you would like to whip up. There is a beautiful bathroom and a laundry with washing machine.Upstairs are another 3 bedrooms, one with an ensuite and another stunning family bathroom. There is a deck off the master suite with an outdoor setting to enjoy the sea breezes with the family. Our owners have provided wifi and the house is dog friendly for well behaved pets who don’t go on furniture.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
