The Home
Paradiso is a thoroughly comfortable and secluded hideaway with a
distinct touch of home. The pair of pretty Tuscan bungalows are ideally
positioned for exploring Tuscany as a group. The railway station is
less than 2km away and gives you access to the great cities of Arezzo,
Florence and Siena. Meanwhile, the world-famous Chianti region is less
than an hour away by car. There is a tennis club 1.5km from the villa,
and a horse-riding school 8km from the villa.
The entire property is situated on the ground floor and has step-free
access. Inside each cottage you’ll find a spacious open-plan
kitchen-diner and lounge. The bedrooms - each have their own distinct
character – are cool and comfortable, and are decorated with murals on
the wall.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
