With roots dating back to Etruscan and Roman times, it is enclosed by oval city walls and home to notable landmarks such as the Rocca fortress, the 14th-century Palazzo Pretorio and the Church of Santa Maria. There are also a few restaurants, shops and a supermarket. The beautiful city of Arezzo is just half an hour away by car, while Siena, Cortona and Lake Trasimeno are excellent options for memorable day trips. The villa has been built usingg natural stone and is surrounded by spacious, landscaped gardens. Several terraces allow guests to choose their favourite spot to enjoy al fresco meals or simply take in the views. The pool is located in a particularly attractive area on a lower level of the garden, where a pergola with comfortable seating provides another welcoming place to relax.
