Treccanino 12 is an elegant and spacious holiday home in Tuscany,
perfectly suited for a luxurious getaway with family or friends. The
property accommodates up to twelve guests and impresses with its vast
garden, manicured lawns, terracotta planters, blooming flowers and
decorative shrubs. The large pool offers a refreshing escape, while the
stunning views over the rolling hills and vineyards of the Val di Merse
complete the idyllic setting.
The house is located south-west of Siena, close to Chianti and val
d’Orcia, just two kilometres from the charming village of Sovicille,
where you can find a restaurant and a small grocery shop. For larger
shopping trips, there is a Coop supermarket in nearby Rosia, only six
kilometres away. The Tenuta di Treccianino winery is also just a short
walk away. The historic city of Siena is about a 30-minute drive, and
day trips to San Gimignano, Florence, Arezzo or Volterra are easily
arranged.
Treccanino 12 consists of a two-storey main house and a separate
cottage with its own bedroom, bathroom and living, dining and kitchen
area. This extra building offers an ideal retreat for couples or guests
who value added privacy. Several covered outdoor terraces with dining
tables, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with grill and pizza oven, and
the generous pool area ensure plenty of space for relaxation and shared
moments.
Inside, the house features a tasteful mix of traditional Tuscan charm,
wooden beam ceilings, exposed stone walls, fine marble details and
parquet floors. The elegant yet cosy furnishings create a welcoming
atmosphere where guests will immediately feel at home.
