Villa a Sesta is a collection of six Chianti country cottages of
traditional Tuscan stone with terracotta tiles and exposed beam
ceilings, all enjoy a garden and terrace perfect for outside dining.
The resort is tucked into the woods in South East Chianti and has its
own pool, with a back drop of mountains and enjoys views across
vineyards and olive groves. The night skies and magical sunsets, making
truly memorable moments.
The resort’s village is at 600 meters, a must for all foodies there are
two restaurants including dinner party style "Bottega Trenta". Here the
views reach across to Siena and Crete Senese. The village winery which
is open for tastings is just 1.5 Km away. Energic walkers and bike

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
