This spacious two-bedroom apartment of 89 square meters offers abundant natural light in both the living room and one of the bedrooms. The second bedroom is an interior space with a cozy ambiance, making it a comfortable place to stay.

There are two bedrooms:
The master bedroom features a double bed and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy and convenience.
The second bedroom is equipped with two cozy single beds, perfect for family or friends.

Relax in the spacious living room, complete with a comfortable sofa, a smart TV for your entertainment, and a dining table for meals and gatherings.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances including an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and all essential utensils.
Bathrooms:
The apartment includes two full bathrooms, each with a shower and a hairdryer for your convenience. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom.
There is also a small internal patio.
Located on the 1st floor of a building with an elevator, this apartment also offers high-speed WiFi and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable and connected stay.

You will also be just a 10-minute walk from the beach - La Playa de Huelin.

The city center of Málaga has a wide range of cultural activities to help you discover the Andalusian culture and local customs. This city is the cradle of artists like Picasso and has developed its potential to offer visitors unique experiences.
The main train and bus station, María Zambrano, is just a 2-minute walk away, where you will also find taxi and bus stops. There is also a shopping center in the same building. You can get to the airport by bus, train, or taxi, and the trip will take you 20-30 minutes depending on the transport you choose.
- Please note that access to the apartment is digital and requires a smartphone with an internet connection to unlock both the exterior and interior doors. Upon booking, you will receive detailed instructions on how to use the digital key system.
- Please, do not make noise after 23:00 and do not smoke in the apartment.
- For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers-by in the street, neighbors, parties), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
- Please note that all guests (regardless of their age) must fill the legal registration form Orden INT/321/2021, according to the Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021).
When traveling with a minor, you’ll be requested to indicate the type of family relationship.
Refusing to comply the order above will form a formal ground to deny the access to the property and will not be subject to any compensation.
