Bellini Design, bright apartment in the Cannaregio District. Modern apartment on the first floor of a building without an elevator. The living area includes a living room with a sofa, television, and dining table. The kitchen, fully equipped for cooking, includes a microwave, kettle, and toaster. Bellini Design offers two cozy bedrooms, the first with a queen-size bed, the second with two single beds. The layout is completed by two bathrooms with showers. Our guests will have access to additional comforts such as free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron, air conditioning and heating, and a television. Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay. *The building is not equipped with an elevator. * Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival.
