HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES
- All-male groups and unmarried couples are not allowed to book the property.
- Tempo Traveller and other big vehicles are to be parked outside the society premises after dropping the guests outside the villa.
- Please note that the hosts/management will not be responsible for the guest’s belongings.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can provide power backup.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the common, external areas and kitchen for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property and will be available from 8:30 AM to 11:00 PM.
- Guests are advised to stay cautious of any insects or bugs due to the villa location.
- This property is a part of a gated community.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
PET POLICY
Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets.
Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.
In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets.
Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.
POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
