The location means that you get to enjoy the best of both worlds, the tranquil and picturesque Eastern Shore area, and being close to the city. There’s a bus stop right outside or you are just a 10 minute drive to the CBD. Hobart’s largest shopping Centre, Eastlands, is an easy 10 minute walk away. Around Eastlands you will also find the usual fast food outlets and also Village Cinema. The property is not far from Bellerive Quay which offers numerous choices of dining which include Chinese, Thai, Italian and Canadian, to name a few. Also nearly is Salamanca Fresh which is a large grocer offering fresh fruit and vegetables, a butcher, a baker and a good offering of ready-made meals. Blundstone Arena, Bellerive Village and Bellerive Beach are a mere 15-20 minute walk away and there’s a bus stop right outside the front door if you need it. Hobart’s CBD is a 10-minute drive away as is Hobart Airport. And some of Tassie’s best vineyards are a short 15-minute drive away.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
