Stay in our delightful 4-bedroom country cottage, nestled in the the tranquil and picturesque hamlet of Pitchcombe, a stone’s throw from the bustling market town of Stroud and the idyllic town of Painswick, known as the Queen of the Cotswolds.
Please note that this is a quiet family neighbourhood and as a result, our home is better suited to families and friends looking for a relaxing stay. No parties allowed whatsoever.
This charming retreat offers a perfect blend of rustic elegance and modern comfort, making it an ideal getaway for families, friends, or anyone looking to escape to the serene countryside.
The home offers 4 spacious and beautifully furnished bedrooms, each designed for comfort and relaxation. The cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. We also have a single sofa bed/futon in the top floor study, if anyone needs their own space during your stay!
There is also a cosy living room with plush seating, a traditional fireplace, and large windows offering stunning views of the surrounding countryside.
The centre of the home is our country-style kitchen with modern appliances, perfect for preparing delicious meals and a stunning dining area in front of the bifold doors, overlooking the beautiful garden.
With 3 gorgeous bathrooms and a downstairs toilet, you certainly won’t be fighting over the shower in the morning either!
The outside space boasts a lovely garden with a patio area, ideal for al fresco dining, morning coffees, or simply soaking in the tranquillity of the countryside.
Situated on the idyllic Lurks Lane, our cottage provides a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to local attractions. Explore the scenic walking trails, visit the nearby town of Stroud with its vibrant market on Saturday morning, or take a drive through the stunning Cotswolds.
