Former traditional forge completely renovated for 4 people located in Coubjours in the Périgord noir. The accommodation has a beautiful swimming pool and a magnificent central location to discover many Perigord tourist sites. The property also has a games / reception room where you have at your disposal a pool table, ping pong table, sofas, darts and bar.
Enjoy long walks and pickings in the nearby forest (100m) or organize a comfortable picnic on the shores of Lac du Coucou (6km). 4km from the house you can do your shopping in the supermarket or dine in a local restaurant. Many night markets and flea markets are organized in the surroundings in summer. Local produce markets all year round.
The house is ideally located for exploring the major sites of the department. A few kms away, you can visit the Château de Hautefort (7km), the cave of Tourtoirac (12km), or the famous Lascaux (30km). Less than an hour’s drive...

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
