The fully stocked kitchen is a chef’s delight, equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. The kitchen also has a pass-through window, making outdoor dining a breeze. Enjoy your meals at the kitchen island, the kitchen table, or the dining area. For those who need to work remotely, there is a convenient desk setup. The home features three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a king bed, smart TV, pool access, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate tub. The other two bedrooms are situated on the opposite side of the house for added privacy. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed, while Bedroom 3 has a twin-over-full bunk bed. A spacious second bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo is located nearby. Outside, the expansive pool area is perfect for soaking up the Florida sun. Relax on the sun loungers, enjoy meals at the outdoor dining table, or take a dip in the refreshing pool. In the evenings, unwind in the jacuzzi while gazing at the peaceful pond views. The fully fenced backyard is ideal for pets, ensuring they have plenty of space to play. There is also a BBQ grill included. Guests also have access to a two-car garage where you can find extra pool and beach amenities. Location: Sunshine Rays is situated in the quaint and quiet Palma Sola area of Bradenton. This prime location is just minutes away from both bridges connecting you to the famous Anna Maria Island, known for its stunning white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. Downtown Bradenton, with its historic charm, beautiful marina, and excellent dining and shopping options, is also just a short drive away. Things to Do: Anna Maria Island and Bradenton are packed with activities for everyone. On Anna Maria Island, you can enjoy the beautiful beaches, partake in various water sports, explore boutique shops, and dine at fantastic restaurants. Bradenton offers a rich history, a scenic marina, and a vibrant arts scene. Whether you’re looking to relax on the beach, engage in outdoor adventures, or explore local culture, Sunshine Rays is the perfect base for your vacation. *Pool heat is available upon request between October - April for $34 per day. No more than 2 dogs are allowed. Pet fees do apply to cover extra cleaning costs. If any "dog waste" is left on the property, that will be an additional charge as well. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • TRASH DAY is provided in the guest books. Please place all trash in provided trash bin and place the bin at the road for city pickup the NIGHT BEFORE collection day. After the trash is picked up, please pull the bin back to the side of the house. Leaving excess trash could result in additional charges to guest.
  • NO SMOKING in the house, and preferably not on the property as smoke travels. Extra cleaning charges will be applied for smoke smell in the house.
  • DO NOT PARK on the road, as you risk being towed at owners/renters expense. Park only in designated areas.
  • NO PARTIES allowed at the property Do not tamper with door locks; if your code is not working, give us a call.
  • MAXIMUM occupants in the property are the number of guests listed on the reservation.
  • All guests need to abide by the “Good Neighbor Policy." Quiet hours are from 10pm – 8am. We know you’re on vacation, but the neighborhood has a lot of residents. Please be respectful.
  • If property has pool/hot tub, DO NOT adjust equipment without consent. Pool equipment is very expensive. Guests will be held responsible for damaged equipment. Call for instructions.
  • Primary renter must be 25 years of age. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by adult on the property at all times.
  • No commercial photography or videography allowed of any of our properties without written consent.
  • No PETS allowed otherwise specified.
  • IF ANYTHING BREAKS or SPILLS; we understand accidents happen, let us know so we can make the property whole for the next guests.
