Property Manager is delighted to present the beautiful Nash House, on the Seafront in Tenby. Originally part of the Guildhall complex, the Georgian buildings were used for Tenby borough, council offices and later as the local Magistrate’s Court. The current buildings consist of apartments ending with Nash House which is an elegant five storey home boasting sea views, parking and a terrace garden.
Nash House is in a prime location facing Tenby's North Beach, whose golden sand sweeps over to the working harbour and Lifeboat stations old and new. Goscar Rock emerges from the North Beach; as the tide goes out a collection of rock pools surround it, perfect for children to play and explore. Stroll along the North Walk overlooking the beach and discover a multitude of Tenby's cafes and restaurants tempting you in to taste their local dishes and beverages. Lovely boutiques and confectionaries can be found along Tenby's cobbled streets to purchase your holiday mementos and satisfy your sweet tooth. The charming town has a lot of offer its visitors with four beaches to explore, boat trips, activities and rich history which is prevalent through the town and museum. If you have space in your busy holiday itinerary be sure to visit the many attractions and activities in Pembrokeshire more widely too!
Nash House is a stylish and cosy home with an interior style that combines classic and contemporary elements with subtle nods to the seaside throughout.
The property has underground (under croft) parking for two cars and a door that gives access from the carpark into the house via the lower floor. There are 2 further entrances to Nash House: One from The Norton via a communal garden, and one from The Croft via the private garden. Enter the property either through The Norton front door into a hallway leading to the dining room and kitchen or direct from The Croft french doors into the dining room.
Kitchen: The luxury open plan kitchen offers many built-in appliances including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and induction hob for your self-catering holiday. Breakfast bar seating at the entrance of the kitchen is perfect for socialising while preparing meals.
Dining room: The spacious dining area has two sets of french doors which flood the room with natural light and provide access to the sea front garden. A modern table and chairs seat up to eight family and friends to socialise and dine, including to watch the Smart TV.
Living room: Located on the first floor, the living room has a gas fireplace surrounded by sumptuous sofas and pouffes to curl up on and gaze out at the dreamy blue sea or watch a family favourite on the Smart TV.
Toilet: First floor toilet, washbasin and large mirror.
Snug: A lovely cosy room with sofa and Smart TV to escape and enjoy an area of peace and quiet.
Bedroom 1: On the second floor, a bright and inviting room with sea views and a king size bed. A hanging rail and chest of drawers have been provided for your belongings and a lovely vintage dressing table to get ready for the day. This bedroom also benefits from an ensuite.
Ensuite: Large walk-in shower with rainfall attachment, toilet and washbasin.
Bedroom 2: Also on the second floor, a beautifully decorated double bedroom with clothes rail, chest of drawers and ensuite.

Bedroom 3: On the third floor this spacious king size bedroom has fantastic elevated views of the sea, ample storage for your belongings, hanging space and a dressing table.
Bathroom: A lovely family bathroom comprising of a bath, toilet, wash basin and large mirror.
Bedroom 4: Also on the third floor, bedroom four has twin single beds, hanging space for clothes and chest of drawers. In the eaves of the house, the sloping ceiling makes this room feel cosy and inviting.
Lower floor: Accessed from the ground floor via stairs or through the under croft car park. Wardrobes and hooks line the hallway to store your coats and shoes.
Utility: The lower floor utility has a washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and storage shelves for all your beach paraphernalia.
Shower room: A lovely sized shower room on the lower floor, large shower with rainfall attachment, toilet and washbasin with large mirror, very convenient for washing the sand off after a long day on the beach.
Garden: Step out onto the sunny garden to be greeted with the spectacular sight of Tenby’s colourful coastline! Green shrubbery provides privacy to wine and dine on the ornate outdoor furniture where you can watch the boats bobbing back into the harbour and soak up cheery the seaside atmosphere.
