The villa has a calm, peaceful, and secluded location, which is close to shops and restaurants. In 0.5 km, just a short walk away, you have the nearest supermarkets and restaurants. For a day tour, Château de Villebois-Lavalette and Bordeaux are perfect.
For the master chef, there is a professional kitchen, ideal for cooking for many persons. Everyone can dine together at any time of the day at the large dining table. From the balcony, you can enjoy beautiful views. In the large garden with garden furniture, you can enjoy your breakfasts. Children can romp and play to their heart’s content here. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
