This is a fully renovated 2 bedroom townhouse in Batehaven. Close to everything. Enter into a lovely kitchen which overlooks the dining/lounge. Off here is a very nice, leafy, fully fenced courtyard - perfect for a BBQ or an afternoon drink after a swim. Located at the back of the block there is a real sense of peace and quiet at this property. The location is perfect - next to to Corrigans Cove fantastic restaurant, you can walk or ride your bike everywhere.

The kitchen has absolutely everything you need to cook up a storm. There is reverse cycle air con plus overhead fans to keep you cool in summer or warm in winter. There is also a convenient powder room on this level.

Upstairs we have 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds.
Both these rooms have overhead fans.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
