Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • Check in time is 3pm. Please note that due to cleaning schedules we are unable to provide early check-ins.
  • Parking Information
  • Allocation for 1 car. Please park in the allocated spot to the left of the property. Allow 1 metre at the front as we access the garage for supplies.
  • Contact information
  • Please use the app that you booked through to make contact with your host. You should receive a response within 30 minutes.
  • House Rules
  • * Rudeness towards Flairbnb staff and contractors will not be accepted
  • * Smoking is restricted to outdoors, away from open doors and windows
  • * Firearms including slingshots are prohibited Fireworks are illegal and are prohibited

  • * Occupancy of the premises shall be sufficiently quiet and peaceful so as not to disturb neighbours

  • Do not allow pets on furniture or in bedrooms. Clean up after your animals before checkout otherwise a $50 fee will be charged. There is a pooper scooper for your convenience. Use the normal bin for waste.

  • Please, nothing but toilet paper should go in the toilet. There’s a little rubbish bin for everything else. Please DO NOT stand on the toilet seat, we sit on the toilet seat.

  • Bin location: In front of the garage
  • General Waste (red lid or small green bin) - collected weekly
  • Recycling (yellow lid) - please do not put glass or soft plastics in the bin (use general waste bin)
  • Unless we send message and request, a Flairbnb team member will take the rubbish bins to the kerb for collection and put away again. Please make sure they have access to the bins from the afternoon prior to the bin collection day.
  • Bin collection day: Friday
  • Checkout information
  • Strictly 10am. Due to cleaning scheduling we cannot accommodate late check outs. Please leave the key to the property back in the lockbox.
  • Replacement costs:
  • $50 per key
