This detached villa is located at the attractive and well-kept resort Country Club, on the quiet and affordable Costa Cálida. The verblifj features a spacious sloping safe private pool and a living room with smart TV. Ideal for holidays with family and friends.
250 metres away you will find a Spar supermarket, tennis courts, a restaurant with terrace and an arcade. From the centre of the Country Club resort, buses leave for Mazarrón, Puerto de Mazarrón, Bolnuevo and the beaches. Puerto de Mazarrón offers water sports facilities and beautiful boat trips along the coast. A beautiful cycle path runs through the Country Club, leading to the beautiful coast via a protected nature reserve. The old port city of Cartagena (35 km), Murcia (65 km) and many beautiful coastal towns are nearby and well worth a visit. Beautiful cities such as Málaga, Seville, Granada, Cordoba and AlmerÃa are within driving distance, as are protected natural areas such as Sierra Espuña and Sierra de las Moreras. There are also several golf courses, go-kart tracks, a water park, shopping centre and entertainment venues nearby.
