This impressive stay is located in the Spanish Mas Nou; A quiet urbanization in Platja d’Aro just a few minutes from the beach. The region offers various cozy restaurants and the enthusiast can hit a ball at Golf de Mas Nou, no more than 750 m walk from the holiday home. There is a tennis court 5 km away.
The house offers a beautiful panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains and you can easily relax. Parking is in front of the garage or in the driveway. You cannot install a tent, mobile home, caravan or any kind of temporary stay on the property. It is forbidden to leave garbage bags on the balconies and terraces.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
