This penthouse is located on the third floor of a historic building in the heart of the old town. All rooms have direct access to their magnificent private terrace, with barbecue, outdoor shower and chill-out area. It has another upper terrace, which is accessed through a steep staircase, and from which you can enjoy the views of Tarifa, the sea, and even another continent, Africa! On this terrace, you can enjoy a bath in the outdoor bathtub. This apartment is ideal for a family or couple vacation.
The beach is only at 50 m walking distance where you can relax under the sun! Also, there are many things to do in the area! A supermarket, for daily necessities, is also within walking distance of the apartment.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
