Atmospheric, detached villa with a very well-maintained, comfortable interior. The view from the covered terrace is amazing. Of course you have a beautiful private swimming pool and a sun terrace with sun beds and a view of the green surroundings. The outdoor kitchen with stone BBQ and dining area completes this enclosed holiday paradise. And the apartment downstairs below the pool has a separate entrance, useful if you are with two families who want privacy.
The villa is only 600 m from the pleasant village of San José. So you can walk to nice restaurants and do your daily shopping. 15 km away is the cozy Ibiza town. You can relax on the beach the next day. The nearest coves are Cala Tarida and Cala Molí (both 7 km). There are more bays within a radius of 12 km; Cala Bassa, Cala Conta, Cala Vedella, Porroig, Cala d’Hort… Take your pick.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
