Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Short tourist rental pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2017 - Rental contract for tourist stays to be signed remotely or at check-in.
- - The short rental of the villa doesn't give the right to organise events of any kind in the villa unless previously agreed in writing with the agency as provided for in point 25 of the Terms and Conditions. The use of the villa must be limited to a simple tourist stay.
- -There are strict local laws about recycling and if the rubbish is not sorted accordingly it will not be picked up. After a first warning, the owner of the property is fined. Please recycle cardboard/paper, plastic, aluminium and glass into the correct recycling bins.
- It includes the middle cleaning (minimum stay 7 nights ) without linen change (the beds are made, the rubbish bathroom removed and the toilet paper replaced). Once for weekly stays we carry out the complete cleaning of the apartments which includes the cleaning of the kitchen and the change of linen.
- The cleaning of the kitchen is not part of the middle cleaning.
- Supply of bed linen and towels upon arrival (4pp: face towel, body towel, bidet towel, pool towel and shower mat)
- ** - If the stay is min. 7 nights the intermediate passage is foreseen as reported above.
- - if the stay is longer than 7 nights, but less than 14 nights (eg 12 nights), the intermediate passage is foreseen in the middle of the stay.
- - for stays and multiple bookings of 7 nights (e.g. 14, 21, 28 nights) the intermediate and final passage is foreseen as indicated above.
- In the high season the weekly cleaning will be carried out mainly on Saturday.
- All travellers benefit with 6% Agency Fees payment the Allianz TRAVEL EASY policy to cover cancellation, medical expenses, travel assistance and lost/damaged baggage and the RARO CARE Service to cover any accidents to the property.
- With RARO CARE Service you will be covered for any damages exceeding €100.00 and up to €5,000.00
