To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide and 9 steps. The front door has a width of 90cm. The door from the villa to the pool terrace is 110cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 130cm wide, with 9 steps down to the pool area, the outside terrace area is paved and flat with a lawn area, and 5 roman steps into the pool, as well as a ladder. The kitchen/dining area and the lounge area are open plan. The ground floor bedroom door is 75cm wide, and the door to the shower room is 75cm wide.
