The Home
Authentic Mallorcan finca 90.000m2 of land, situated in a small valley near the quiet village of Costitx. It is surrounded by countryside, mountains and a stream, that provide a quiet and rural, typical of indoor Mallorca. In spring and autumn, the river is filled with water, forming an underground stream that is heard in certain parts of the house.
The house has been recently renovated and appropriate to the level of a modern house, with all their equipment accordingly, always keeping the characteristic details of Mallorcan genuinely home.
The villa is located in a rural setting, quiet with nice views and good connections to both the Northern beaches: Puerto Pollensa, Puerto Alcudia or the Serra de Tramuntana.
At the same time, it is noteworthy that the pool is surrounded by natural sand in order to create a small beach where you can sunbathe, relax, or, where children can play freely.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
