The villa is situated in a very small hamlet with only four houses. Here you can enjoy complete privacy, thanks to the serene tranquility that surrounds the area. The original finca was fully restored into a charming house with a nice ambiance.
Through a leafy country road you reach the beautiful, cobbled courtyard. Indoors, the paved floors, the original stone walls, the terracotta tiles, and the oak beams maintain the authentic character of the beautiful farmhouse. The spacious split-level living room is beautiful and roomy, with a decorative open fireplace. The dining room has French doors leading to the terrace and the swimming pool. The classic kitchen, with original stone washbasin, is equipped with modern equipment.
In the bedrooms you will also see the original wooden beams. The bathrooms are classically decorated and live up to all modern wishes. Air conditioning only in the rooms. If you want the air in the whole house, the price is 12 € / day.
On the courtyard there is a large, covered terrace with a large dining table and a fixed barbecue/open fireplace. From the beautiful swimming pool you have a view of the green, hilly area.
Búger is the smallest community (8.27 m2) of Mallorca. Due to its location on the Es Pujol hill, you have an endless view outside, as well as a view of the picturesque village itself.

Visitors to Muro are greeted by the stunning neo-Gothic church of Sant Joan Baptista, which dominates the town's skyline. The church, with its impressive façade and serene interior, is a testament to the town's rich religious heritage. The adjacent museum, Museu de Mallorca, houses an extensive collection of archaeological finds and local artifacts that tell the story of the island's past.
The town's weekly market is a vibrant affair where locals and visitors alike can sample fresh produce, artisanal cheeses, and other regional specialties. It's an excellent opportunity to mingle with the community and experience the local flavors that make Mallorcan cuisine so distinctive.
