The spacious Vacation Rental Villa is great for family and friends in where you can relax after your visit from the beach or the city. It has a big living room with a very comfortable sofa. The villa comes with 4 bedrooms, 1 has a King sized bed and the rest have queen sized bed each. Take advantage of the villa’s modern day appliances, specially the full kitchen if you opt to cook your meals during your stay.
The outdoor space is splendid, as it has outdoor furnitures that you can use for your morning coffees, afternoon teas or if you just want to dine out in your own private yard.
If you arrive by car, then there are 2 private parkings available for you to use.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Respect neighbors by keeping noise reasonable
- In accordance with Israeli law, we require a copy of your government issued photo id before arrival.
- Price does not include a 17% VAT charge which is applicable to Israeli citizens only.
- Foreigners receive B2 slip at passport control at the airport to avoid VAT.
- Check-in instructions provided after B2 slip or VAT payment.
