This beautiful 2-bedroom villa in Calpe, accommodates 5 guests and is ideal for families or a small group on vacation. There is also a swimming pool and a conservatory available here.
The sandy beach of Calpe is nearby to enjoy a refreshing dip in the sea. You will also find several supermarkets and restaurants at 2 km. Fun-loving guests can even enjoy a game of tennis at 3 km or golf, 11 km away.
The villa is tastefully furnished and has a living room with fireplace and TV to spend cozy evenings. The ground floor opens to a well-equipped kitchen, where you can prepare delicious meals. There is also a fenced garden for the children to play freely and the host provides a high chair and a children’s bed. There is even a roofed terrace, where you can indulge in a barbecue.
Check-in between 3 – 7 PM and check-out between 9 – 10 AM.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
