Casa Sonrisa is a beautiful villa with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that will be completely renewed at the end of 2021. The interior of the villa has been completely renewed. New colours, a new look and bathrooms that are fully adapted to today’s wishes and requirements. The Spanish identity has been preserved.
Experience luxury at this villa in Benissa, which has a wonderful garden with a private swimming pool.
Everything you need from shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars on the beaches with crowd are in the nearby Calpe. There are Spanish restaurants in the harbour where great fish is served. La Fustera (1 km) and water sports (2 km) gives plenty of fun for all. You can also try the golf course at 1 km. Tennis can be enjoyed in 10 km. Supermarket and food are at 1.5 km.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
