THE LOCATION
The location of Hatcher Mountain Hideaway is truly one of its best amenities.
Located on a ridge overlooking the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, you
will be immersed in nature’s beauty and serenity. The cabin is off Indigo Road
just at the entrance into Wears Valley and has gorgeous mountains inhabited by
incredible wildlife like white-tailed deer and hummingbirds. Minutes down the
road is a local grocery store to stock up on any missing essentials. For
larger grocery needs, Kroger and Publix are available. Just a quick fifteen
minutes away in Pigeon Forge you will find hundreds of top-rated restaurants
and attractions like Dolly Parton’s Dollywood and Stampede, Paula Dean’s
Family Kitchen, Old Mill Restaurant, The Hatfield and McCoy Dinner show and
much more! The many tourist attractions of Gatlinburg are also a short
distance from Wears Valley.

Based on the choice of our owners, dogs are allowed in "pet-friendly" cabins
only, no cats or any other animal. There is a $50 non-refundable pet fee for
each pet. There is a maximum of 2 pets per pet-friendly cabin. Pet size is
limited to 50lbs per pet. All pets must be leashed at all times or kenneled
when left alone in the cabin. Pet owners are responsible for the cleaning up
of any pet refuse. Pet fee does not cover additional cleaning that cabin may
need after check-out; the guest is responsible for any extra cleaning charges.
All pets must be up to date on vaccinations as well as flea and tick
preventative medications. All items above are the sole responsibility of the
pet owner. If a pet is found in any of our units that do not allow pets a fee
of $250 will be charged to the guest, your reservation may be cancelled, and
your party may be evicted without refund.
