boasts the first glimpses of the formidable stone accents featured throughout
the home, with the grand hall revealing a vast timber-framed ceiling with
forged iron accents and a floor-to-ceiling fireplace with a 3,500-pound
hearthstone.
The commanding views from much of the residence are truly magnificent; wide-
open Spanish Peaks and Lone Mountain views are everywhere. Giant sliding doors
off the dining area access the adjacent covered porch, with motorized screens,
comfortable seating, and more stellar views. The kitchen has custom cabinetry
and lighting, a walk-in pantry, an inviting breakfast nook, and an ample bar.
The ascending and descending stairwells from the grand hall are set against a
wall of windows that provide profuse natural lighting, reaching from the heart
of the home to the lower level. Walnut-wrapped stair treads feature inlaid
travertine and custom iron railings fortify the stairs with hand-hammered
artistry. The main level primary suite feels a world away from the hub of the
home, with its cathedral ceiling, fireplace, sitting area, bath, and walk-in
closet. A wall of custom steel artistry is the signature item of the lower
level, depicting Lone Mountain at night, which impressively divides the lower-
level hallway from the media room; wooden barn doors on a 36-foot track slide
together to offer privacy.
The media room and all 3 guest suites have access to the exterior stone patio,
yet more views, and glimpses of the abundant resident wildlife. On the main
level, ascend the floating stairs and traverse to the home’s guest quarters
and ski lounge, with direct access to the groomed Natawista and Cinnabar ski
runs. The guest area also has a private entrance, kitchen, living area,
fireplace, wall bed, and full bath. The lounge has plenty of lockers and
cubbies just inside the ski-in entrance, complete with boot and glove dryers

assists with luggage, questions, etc. Ski stress-free directly in and out of
your unit by utilizing our lift ticket and ski rental delivery system. Garbage
pick-ups are also provided daily as-needed, and we additionally will stock
groceries for arrivals upon request. Featuring Malin & Goetz toiletries,
luxury linens and towels are flawlessly placed in each bedroom and bathroom. A
coffee starter kit, salt/pepper, oil/vinegar, cleaning supplies (dish soap,
dish detergent, paper towels, etc.) are additionally placed to make your stay
as convenient and seamless as possible.
