On arrival you will be instantly captivated by the1885 homestead, one of the original villas of Balnarring. This incredible property is surrounded by a carefully curated orchard, paddocks with farm animals, a large electric pool and spa*, a clay tennis court, a nature walking trail through the native forest (with a hammock servicing as a wonderful centre piece for thoughtful moments), offering complete privacy and a truly unique rural escape.
* Please note: The electric pool does not heat outside of Summer months. The electric heated spa operates on a timed schedule.
This beautifully designed home has so many incredible spaces combined with colourful, curated curiosities. Guests will love the large open fireplace (wood is included with your stay), gracing the main living room as well as the outdoor firepit decorated with hanging lights, an adjacent large open plan dining space and chefs kitchen with a generous pantry for extremely memorable meals, a study desk in each bedroom and a separate shed hosting a billiard and table tennis table for those who love games.
The modern extension to this heritage villa will be an incredible vision for guests upon arrival. Each bedroom has been designed to take advantage of its heritage origin and each present a truly unique space. The deluxe wallpapered master retreat with ensuite bathroom and walk in robe is a highlight overlooking the spacious rose gardens and landscape and is a perfect vision at anytime of the year. For those who enjoy games choose from a game of tennis, table tennis or billiards. In warmer weather guests will love the fully fenced large pool and integrated spa surrounded by nature.
