Boat Berth hire can be obtained by contacting Martha Cove Marina Office Harbour Master, Martha Cover Harbour has 232 berths available for lease and berth sizes range from 10 to 30 metres in length. All berths have power and water available, with larger berths also having 3 phase power. The depth of the marina is 2.4 metres at chart datum.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- (i) A Security Deposit (Bond) is required for all bookings. We (Property Manager) will email you a week prior to your stay requesting payment of bond, with a link to pay this.
- (ii) A 2.5% credit card surcharge applies to credit/debit card payments. After your stay, we process the return of your bond within 14 working days to process, once our housekeeping teams have checked and serviced the property and no bond deductions need to be made.
- (iii) Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Property Manager requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us.
- (iv) We do not accept schoolies, bucks or hens bookings, nor do we accept parties or events under any circumstances. This is due to strict council regulations enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council Short Stay Law to which you must agree to when booking with us. We thank you for your understanding.
- (v) Pets are accepted on request at pet friendly properties.
