As the evening approaches, gather around the terrace. THE SPACE BEDROOM 1 - This bedroom is on the ground floor. - It has an AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe and an extra mattress. - An ensuite bathroom with a bathtub comes with this bedroom. BEDROOM 2 - This bedroom is on the first floor. - It has an AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe and an extra mattress. - Ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. Attached balcony opens up to the pool. BEDROOM 3 - This bedroom is on the first floor. - It has an AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe and an extra mattress. - Ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. Attached balcony opens up to the garden. BEDROOM 4 - This bedroom is on the first floor. - It has an AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe and an extra mattress. - An ensuite bathroom with a bathtub comes with this bedroom. BATHROOMS - There are 4 attached bathrooms. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. - All the ensuite bathrooms feature a bathtub. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA - There are 2 living rooms with AC, Wi-Fi, and sound systems. - Ground-floor room includes a TV. First-floor room includes a TT Table and massage chair. - The living room on the ground floor comes with a dining area. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only. - It is equipped with all reheating essentials, crockery, and cutlery. - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed LAWN - There is a beautiful lawn on the side, inviting you for workout sessions or fun gatherings. POOL - There is a private outdoor pool with views of the stunning landscape. - The pool is 35x15 ft in size and has a depth of 4 ft. - The pool timings are 8 AM to 9 PM. HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES - Stags are not allowed at the property. - This is a pet-friendly property. However, we allow pets only on request. - This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the inverter and generator can support all the appliances. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the property. - This property is a part of a gated community. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. PET POLICY - Pets are welcome at this property only on request. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only 2 dogs upto 10 kgs at an additional charge of Rs 1800 each. - Please note, proof of vaccination and undertaking of pet being tick free is mandatory. - Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area. In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets.  - Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. - As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. - Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. - Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
