Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • • Ski/board gear - The garage is heated, so please do not take ski or board gear into the unit and leave them in the garage.
  • • Potential for noise - There is various construction occurring in the area. The schedule typically runs 7am-6pm, but times vary occasionally.
  • • Do not lean the couch cushions or pillows of the sleeper sofa against the baseboard heaters., or you will be responsible for covering the cost of replacement.
  • • *FIRE SAFETY* - The mountains are a fragile area with high wildfire risk. For safety reasons and in adherence to strict fire restrictions, outdoor fires are prohibited to prevent the risk of wildfires and protect our natural landscapes.
  • • Bears, mountain lions, and other wildlife are in the area. Please close and lock the trash bins, doors, and vehicles at all times!
  • • Guests must be comfortable with stairs. This property is located on the 2nd level, up 18 stairs, and there is not an elevator.
  • • Hot tub - Please keep in mind that if a complete drain and fill service is needed, it may take up to 48-72 hours for the hot tub to come up to full temperature.
  • • *NO A/C - There is no air conditioning as the summer in the mountains is very temperate.*
  • • Quiet hours 10pm-8am
  • • *No smoking; pets; events, parties, or large gatherings - $1000 fine*
  • • If you cause any damage to the home, inside or out, you will be charged for the repair and/or replacement costs.
  • • Check-out time is 10 AM. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late check-out times. Fines will be incurred for violation.
  • • Noiseaware - Please keep noise to a reasonable level. This property is equipped with NoiseAware, a privacy-safe decibel monitor that does not record conversations.
  • *There is no mailbox access at this property. We are not responsible for any lost or returned packages.
  • *Please be aware that we are not liable for any personal items left behind after your stay.* Should you believe you left any personal belongings at the property, we will do our best to recover them. However, the guest will be responsible for paying a $40 recovery charge and shipping costs for any items that need to be returned by mail. Prices may vary for large items.*
