This lovely town house will transform your vacation into an unforgettable experience. It is a big Mallorcan house with two floors. It features two terraces, one on the main floor and the other on the top floor, so that you can enjoy a good breakfast or a barbecue al fresco as well as of a good time basking in the sun one one of the two sun loungers.
When you enter, you find a little hall leading to a cosy living-dining area with a fireplace. This is the perfect place to rest reading a book or taking a little nap. The dining presents a table for 4 people to enjoy your meals, The independent kitchen is equipped with everything you may need like a vitro hob, a coffee maker, an electric oven, a baby high chair and much more. Upstairs there is a second sitting area with satellite TV, air-conditioning and a wood stove. There are two bedrooms with a wardrobe each. One has two twin bed, an en-suite shower bathroom and air-conditioning, and the other has a double bed and space for a cot. There is another bathroom with a bathtub in the house. Of course, you will find a washer, iron and ironing board. We can provide up to 4 electric radiators on request.
The surroundings of the house are amazing. The town of Pollensa is one of the most beautiful places in Mallorca, and this is the reason why many artists choose Pollensa as their favourite place in the island. Summer nights are perfect to have a walk and come to know the historical monuments, narrow streets and ancient traditions, the music concerts, art exhibitions, bars, restaurants, shops, terraces at the lively Major Square,... The beaches of Puerto de Pollensa, Cala Sant Vicent and Formentor are about 10 minutes away by car. These are breathtaking white sandy beaches with crystalline waters.
