Just a 10 minute drive from Gandía, this beautiful house is located in Bellreguard, a picturesque village where you can enjoy Mediterranean life and immerse yourself in the local culture from the moment you arrive. The house offers an interior courtyard that gives light to the first floor of the house, and a second terrace where you can relax and enjoy breakfast at the cosy table.
In the interior, which mixes a rustic and modern style distributed over 3 floors, you will find a living room equipped with a fireplace and Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of walking around the village. Past the living room, you will find some glazed doors that bring a lot of light to the kitchen and dining area, which give access to the first inner courtyard of the house. The dining area has a table with 6 chairs where you can enjoy meals prepared in the fully equipped induction cooker next to the dining area. Through the patio, you have access to the second terrace with artificial grass which has a table with 2 chairs and an outdoor shower. To finish the ground floor, you have the first bathroom equipped with a very large shower and with a very luxurious decoration. Going up the stairs, you enter the second living room of the house which connects with the first two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds, and both are equipped with a wardrobe and air conditioning. On the third floor, you will find a third living room with a 3-seater sofa and Smart TV, which is perfect for watching a movie in the evening. Through this room, we reach the two remaining bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have A/C and wardrobe for your comfort. A second bathroom with a shower serves the entire top floor of the house. Finally, the house has a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. And if you are travelling with a baby we can provide a cot and highchair.
Its ideal location in the village of Bellreguard makes the stay more comfortable to enjoy the atmosphere of the village and the local gastronomy, thanks to the variety of bars and restaurants that the village has. With its cobbled streets and main square, it offers a relaxing experience. Just 5 km away is the coastal area of Bellreguard, where you will find the extensive beach that covers the entire coastline, allowing you to enjoy the sun and the Mediterranean Sea in a stunning natural setting. If you prefer, you can visit the neighbouring town of Gandia where there are a variety of shops and places of interest to visit. Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family.
