Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Available: need a little extra time? We’re happy to offer early check-in and late check-out options, subject to availability. The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot. If driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7. ★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★ We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit. You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $39 up to $79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed. If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage. Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations. ★ GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIRED ★ To help ensure a safe and seamless experience for all guests, guest verification is required prior to confirming your reservation. This simple step is part of our commitment to providing a secure, smooth, and personalized stay for every guest. ★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 6+ GUESTS ★ Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. Guests are welcome to login with personal accounts. ★ SHORT TERM RENTAL PERMIT ★ The Short-Term Rental Permit Number for this house is U2024002027 issued by the Miami Dade County. ★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★ Please note that to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
