Perfect for a family or friend group getaway, Saragossa Sunshine features two separate units in one rental. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful historic homes, and is just a couple of blocks from the famous pedestrian-only St. George Street, as well as a short walk to Castillo de San Marcos, magnificent historic churches, museums, and a plethora of restaurants, shops, bars, galleries and antique shops. Park once and never get in your car again! In addition, sun and surf on Vilano Beach as close as a 3 mile drive or 15 minute bike ride away! St. Augustine Beach Pier, beach strip, and island attractions such as the St. Augustine Amphitheatre, St. Augustine Lighthouse, and and Alligator Farm are just a 10 minute drive away. In the larger unit, two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the other with two queen beds, are outfitted with crisp, white linens and wide-screened TVs. The modern bathroom features a shower/tub combo, and is supplied with soft, white towels and starter amenities. Prepare meals "at home" in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and dine together at the large table for six, or the small breakfast table for two. The second unit, with separate entrance, features a bedroom is outfitted with a king-sized bed and a large screen TV. A modern luxurious bathroom with black and white tile is equipped with a walk-in shower. Enjoy small meals or snacks in the living area which features comfortable seating, a kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, and full-size refrigerator, dining space, and TV. Soft touches, pleasing decor, and conveniences such as starter amenities and board games will enhance your enjoyment of the cottage. **PET POLICY: Only dogs under 40 pounds are permitted, and must be approved by management PRIOR to booking. You must inquire through the booking platform with the number, weight, and breed to get approval before you book as some breed and size restrictions apply. A pet fee will be required upon approval. For safety and security purposes this property is equipped with a doorbell camera for both doors. Startup bathroom, kitchen, and laundry supplies are provided with each booking. 25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates. Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee. No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
