Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • Minimum age requirement 25 years old to reserve
  • - Please remove your shoes inside the home
  • - Quiet Time is before 8 AM and after 10 PM
  • - No outside stereos or speakers allowed in the home
  • - No Bachelor or Bachelorette Parties
  • - No Smoking
  • - No pets
  • Only Use Fire Logs provided by the host in the fireplace (do not use regular firewood)
  • If the Fob is lost, There will be a $150.00 Fine for Replacement
  • **In the event of excessive noise, parties or smoking inside the home, the entire security deposit will be charged regardless of damages.**
