Brought to you by Property Manager, this spacious oceanfront three bedroom condo has a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom and two double beds in the third bedroom. The unit also includes a separate living room with a sleeper sofa, two full bathrooms, a flat screen television in each of the bedrooms and the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all basic cookware and dinnerware as well as a stackable washer and dryer combination and a private oceanfront balcony.
The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, pools, hot tubs, children’s splash pool, three story slide, fitness center and tanning lawn. The resort also has a Starbucks onsite!

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
