Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,Additional fees will be allocated to your payment method should the below house rules be broken.
- Please no feathers, confetti, or glitter.
- No parties.
- Absolutely no smoking on property inside or outside.
- No pets.
- The quiet time from 10pm to 7am is by Fredericksburg City Ordinance. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
- There is a small fire pit in the backyard. We kindly ask guests to bring their own supplies, extinguish any flames/coals after each use and adhere to any county burn ban in effect.
- Fireworks are not allowed.
- AC rules:
- Texas is heating up! If you would like it cooler in your rental, please allow a few hours for the air conditioner to stabilize by gradually lowering the temperature by 2 degrees each hour. This helps prevent the AC from malfunctioning due to the intense Texas heat. Ensure the temperature is not set below 67 degrees. If the cooling isn't sufficient, feel free to contact us directly for assistance.
- Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations. We have a protection plan in place included in the booking price, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.
- Please note: Before your booking begins, you will be required to confirm your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.
- HVAC Rules:
- AC: If you would like it cooler in your rental, please allow a few hours for the air conditioner to stabilize by gradually lowering the temperature by 2 degrees each hour, placing the fan on AUTO, and keeping doors/windows closed. This helps prevent the AC from malfunctioning due to the intense Texas heat. Ensure the temperature is not set below 68 degrees when cooling.
- HEATING: Please do not heat the house above 76 degrees as this will cause strain on the heating system. Please keep doors and windows closed as often as possible.
