This beautifully-restored 1 bedroom apartment is on the lower level of a 2-unit building in the charming Eastport neighborhood of Annapolis.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered front patio facing the street or dine al fresco on the private back deck. The backyard is fenced in for your privacy and safety of your kids and dog. There are 1-2 parking spots on the driveway per unit plus additional non-restricted street parking. The King bedroom is EnSuite with a full bath. There is also a Queen-sized cot that can be set up in the family room (linens included).
The brand-new full kitchen features all you would need for your stay, from the appliances to the cookware and serving sets for 6 guests. This newly-decorated adorable apartment is perfect for small families and friends coming in for a special Naval Academy or boat show event, or taking in the sights and sounds of downtown Annapolis.
