Stay in this restored historic Annapolis home, located just steps from both USNA Gates 1 and 3. The proud Navy graduate parents have kept the historic charm while updating important amenities. You’ll enjoy the renovated kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, gourmet accessories and easy access to the large private backyard and patio. The serene backyard is uniquely spacious for the downtown area and is fully-furnished from the dining table with seating for 6-8, the umbrella covered sofa and chairs and even a bar top table with seating for another 4.
Back inside, the dining room is perfect for entertaining with seating for 8-10. Relax around the comfortable furnished family room with a large flatscreen TV. Head upstairs to the second level with three bedrooms, two with queen beds, and one with a full size bed and a renovated full bathroom. There’s also a dedicated work space on the 2nd floor with a desk and chair.
The home is perfect for families looking to visit the sites of Annapolis or Navy families who would like to be just a few blocks from the Academy.
