As you make your way underneath the home, you’ll discover an inviting outdoor bar area, complete with two smart TVs, where you can catch the game or enjoy your favorite shows while sipping cocktails with loved ones. Adjacent to the bar area, a cozy fire pit awaits, offering the perfect spot to gather around and roast marshmallows under the starlit sky. Ten beach chairs are also provided, ensuring that you have everything you need for a day of seaside relaxation. The Primary bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and convenient access to the outdoor deck, where you can savor your morning coffee (standard drip coffee maker available) as you soak up the coastal breeze. There is a second Primary bedroom also with an en-suite bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms and each has a combo bunk. One with a twin over a full along with a trundle and the other with a full over full with a twin trundle. Total sleeping capacity is 12. Dog-Friendly Amenities: We understand that your furry friend is part of the family, which is why our rental home is proudly dog-friendly. With plenty of space to roam and explore, as well as easy access to the beach for long walks and playtime, your four-legged companion will feel right at home during your stay. Pet Policy: We’re happy to host dogs! Depending on the booking platform, the pet fee may not be included in your total and will be requested separately. A non-refundable $200 pet fee (up to 2 dogs, 80 lbs combined) is required and must be paid before check-in—access details will be sent once completed. Maximum of 2 dogs. Unregistered pets will incur a $200 pet fee plus a $500 remediation fee. Dogs must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick prevention. No dogs on furniture or beds (additional cleaning fees may apply). Please bring a crate if needed; there is not one at the property. Strictly no cats allowed.
